One of our top claims experts or an independent chartered loss adjuster may call to discuss your claim so things get sorted out as soon as possible.

What happens next…

Whenever possible, any damage will be repaired with minimum fuss and interruption to you. If repair isn’t possible and you have Asda Contents Insurance, the damaged goods will be replaced with brand new ones (except for clothing and linen where we make a deduction for wear and tear).
