Making a claim

Had a pipe burst causing a flood? Your audio equipment stolen in a burglary? Need to know what to do next? Don't panic. We'll take care of it for you.

  • Call ASDA Insurance on 0845 602 0229 and we'll take the details of your loss and notify the Insurer.
  • One of the Insurer's own claims staff or an independent Chartered Loss Adjuster may call you back to discuss your claim.
  • Where possible the damage, will be repaired, with the least amount of fuss and interruption.
  • With "New for Old" cover (excludes clothing and linen), damaged household goods will be replaced with new ones, so you can carry on enjoying the things that make your home....your home!
