Making a claim

What happens then?

  • Your insurer is on the case

One of our top insurance claims experts or an independent chartered loss adjuster may call to discuss your claim to get things resolved for you as quickly as possible.

  • Things get sorted out

Whenever possible the damage will be repaired with the minimum of fuss and interruption to you. If it's not possible to repair the damage, and you have Asda Contents Insurance, the damaged goods will be replaced with brand new ones (except for clothing and linen where we make a deduction for wear and tear).
