Single trip travel insurance quote

To save you time filling in forms, ASDA Insurance base your quote on some assumptions.
Before you start, please confirm you and any other person to be named on the policy meet these criteria:
  • You are a UK resident (our UK definition includes N. Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man)
  • You are under 70 years of age (policyholders must be aged 16 or over)
  • You have never had travel insurance refused, cancelled or any special terms imposed
  • You have not received any criminal conviction for fraud, dishonesty or deception
  • You have not received advice, medication or treatment for any medical condition in the last 12 months
  • You are not aware of any reason why a planned trip will be cancelled or cut short e.g. the illness of a relative, your travelling companion or anyone upon whose good health your trip depends
  • You have had less than 3 travel insurance claims in the last 3 years
  • You are taking this insurance for the purposes of a conventional holiday or business trip involving clerical and administrative tasks only
  • You are not intending to engage in leisure activities or winter sports activities other than those listed as covered in the policy booklet (page 11)
  • You have not received any criminal convictions for fraud, dishonesty or deception in the last 5 years
  • Your trip does not exceed 90 days

What to do if you have a complaint

We hope that you will be very happy with the service that we provide. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with this, we would like to hear from you. In the first instance, please write to the Customer Services Manager, ASDA Insurance, PO Box 7483, Perth, PH2 0YS. Telephone 0845 300 5771. We are covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service. If you have complained to us and we have been unable to resolve your complaint, you may then be entitled to refer it to this independent body.

Peace of mind

We are also covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). If we were unable to meet our obligations you may be entitled to compensation from the scheme, depending on the type of insurance and circumstances at the time.
