How do I order my travel money?

Just give us a ring on 0845 9000 955† or order your travel money quickly online. All you need to do is choose the currency you want to buy, select the amount, tell us where and when you want it delivered and then enter your payment details.

Please note: You must be a UK resident and your home address must be the same as your payment card billing address. A home landline number and personal email address is required for all orders.

What payment types do you take?

Payment can be made using Visa/Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo.

Please note: No Debit card handling fees charged. Credit card handling fee of 1.5% (min £4.00 – max £15.00).

What currencies can I order?

All major currencies. If you can’t see what you need listed, or don’t know which currency to buy, just call 0845 9000 955†.

Where can my order be delivered?

For security reasons, we can only deliver to the UK billing address of your payment card.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes! You can choose a date up to 14 days from when you placed your order. You can also choose Next Working Day delivery if you order before 12 noon Mon-Thurs.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free when you order over £500. Otherwise it’s only £5.

What happens if I’m not at home?

Because your money has to be signed for, a card will be left which gives details of where the order can be collected. This will normally be your local Post Office or sorting office. You must take this card and identification with you when you collect your order.
